From a fixture list in a spreadsheet to a competition that runs itself.
Everything between the draw and the final whistle: fixtures, teams, officials, compliance and live scoring, plus the surfaces the teams, spectators and broadcasters need alongside it.

Built for the operators who've been making it work without the right tools.
Union competitions departments
A season of fixtures across age groups and genders, dozens of clubs, officials to appoint and eligibility to prove.
Tournament directors
Multi-day formats, pools into a cup, two competitions on one card, visiting teams who all need the same six things.
Festival organisers
One weekend, sixteen teams, four fields, and a fixture list that changes twice before Friday.
The modules that make CorTouchline do what it does.
- Formats, with the laws attached
Pick Sevens, Tens or Fifteens and the match length, half time, sin-bin, shot clock, log points, card types and replacement allowance come with it, seeded to World Rugby law including the 2025 Sevens variations. Extra time and per-fixture rule overrides cover the odd game played under its own conditions.
- Import the fixture list you already have
Excel or CSV, including a workbook where the men's and women's competitions are split across day sheets by match number.
- Pools, knockouts, leagues, single matches
Seeding, same-pool avoidance, turnaround and minimum rest enforced by the scheduler rather than by you at midnight.
- One day script across competitions
Men's and women's interleaved chronologically with the breaks, ceremonies and broadcast windows in the same list. Retime a fixture and everything downstream moves.
- One link per team, no account
A link and a one-time code. Behind it: squad, team sheet, medical, rooming, dietary, travel, kit colours, training bookings, their own schedule and every notice you have published.
- Readiness
Teams down the side, obligations across the top, and a column that tells you whether a team has ever opened their link at all.
- Compliance, checked on arrival
Registrations, medical clearances and insurance certificates are read the moment they arrive. Type, expiry, name, date of birth and signature are checked, and every document is either passed or listed with the reason it failed.
- Information, announcements and requests
Pages and a document library that replace the pinboard, announcements with read receipts, and requests that arrive as tickets rather than as WhatsApp messages.
- Score it from the sideline
The clock runs on the server, so a dropped connection or a reloaded page does not lose the match. Cards, sin-bin countdowns, bunker review, HIA and blood windows, player movements against the format's allowance.
- Officials without double-bookings
Referee, AR1, AR2, RC4, RC5 and TMO, appointed on one board across every competition, with clashes detected before the day rather than on it.
- Kit clash
Checked against the World Rugby colour policy, including lookalikes, before two sides arrive in the same shirt.
- Team sheets that stand up afterwards
Managers submit against the format's position policy, front row included, and sign. Every revision freezes its own signed PDF, changes are on the record with who and when, and late changes lock an hour before kick-off unless the host deliberately reopens them.
- Finalise and lock
After full time the result locks. Nothing moves without a deliberate reopen, and the reopen is on the record.
- A public board, no app
Live scores, a running match clock, sin-bin countdowns, and pool standings computed off completed matches. You decide when it goes public, spectators filter it by field, and it refreshes itself.
- A bracket that waits to be sure
Qualifiers fill in as they are decided and are held back until the pool phase actually is, so a fixture never claims a team it does not have.
- Documents out the other end
Signed team sheets, match reports assembled from what actually happened, and a judicial register.
- A file on every club and every match
Each club gets its own file: teams, results, discipline and submissions in one place. Each match gets its own record, managers see their game history in the portal, and a season leaderboard tracks scorers and cards across the competition.
Three steps. One operation.
Bring the draw, or make one
Import the workbook you already built, or pick a format and let the scheduler generate it. The laws come with the format.
Send one link per team
Every team does its own squad, team sheet, medical and travel behind that link. The readiness board tells you who has not, and who has never opened it.
Run it, and let everyone see
The table scores from a phone. Standings, the bracket and the public board follow on their own. The result locks when you finalise it.
